Admissions, scholarships and visa outcomes are decided solely by the respective educational institutions, scholarship providers and government authorities. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, employment or any specific result.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Any consequence arising from misrepresentation, incomplete information or fraudulent documents is solely the client's responsibility.

Fees

Consultation and service fees, where applicable, are communicated in writing before engagement. Fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
